To authorize the retrieval of a police report or incident information, you will be required to sign an authorization form. Failure to sign this authorization will prevent Subscriber Attorneys from assisting in obtaining your report.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

The use of this website, including submitting a request for a report, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and any Subscriber Attorney.

The authorization you sign is limited solely to retrieving your requested report.

An attorney-client relationship will only be established if you later sign a separate written agreement authorizing a Subscriber Attorney to represent you in a legal matter.

Information shared through this site or related communications is not protected by attorney-client privilege unless a formal representation agreement is signed.

4. Communications and Consent to Contact
